This intensive week with Anna will offer you choreography in Lyrical Jazz style. Through the course of the week you will create a choreography and by the end of the week we will film it together. Main focus will be on connecting the body with the soul – learning to conciously feel emotions and how to express them through movement. Other than that you will focus on you mindset and how to work with your body in general.
Who is this class for?
The Intensive is designed for anyone who wants to continue their dance education over the summer and improve their dance expression. Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Our instructors will be happy to explain everything and adapt the pace to your needs. The consecutive two-hour classes cover all the essentials of an intensive dance course.
