Contemporary Adults

This style falls under contemporary modern dance. It is a very unpredictable style, perfect for combining various dance techniques and other dance styles. Therefore, it is very popular among dancers. It depends on the originality and concept of the instructor who teaches this style. There is obvious dynamics, floorwork, expressive movements, but it also uses basic ballet technique. Improvisation is also an integral part. Contemporary expresses musicality and focuses on the emotionality of the chosen song. It can contain lyrical elements, as well as isolated and abrupt movements. However, the fluidity of movements that follow each other is also important. The connection of soul and body is what we want to achieve in the lessons.

Who teaches this lesson

Verča

Each of my lessons has an overlap in this connection of mind and body, and therefore I believe that whichever one you choose, it will give you exactly what you need at that moment. You will take away more energy, joy in life, relax and harmonize your whole body. I look forward to seeing you.

Niki

I have a lot of commercial and artistic activities behind me, such as: shooting commercials for T-Mobile, Estée Lauder, Google, etc. Acting in the Hollywood series Carnival Row. Dancing at major dance events and shows, choreographing for an exclusive Sisley brand event and many other artistic activities.

Sasha

My lessons are fast-paced, varied and complex. In the lessons, I focus on improvisation concepts, technique and choreography, in which acrobatics and floorwork often appear. I always try to adapt the lesson to the level of all dancers, but I also like to push their boundaries.
