High Heels Dance Prague

High Heels classes are dance classes focused on dancing in high heels. This style combines elements of various dance genres, such as jazz, hip hop, street dance, and burlesque, with an emphasis on elegance, confidence, and femininity. High Heels classes are suitable for anyone who wants to combine a passion for dance with the challenge and fun of dancing in heels. They are a great opportunity to develop technique and elegance in dance. Dancing in heels is a great way to increase confidence and learn to express your femininity and strength through movement. Dancing in high heels strengthens leg muscles, improves balance and overall physical condition.
Who is the lesson suitable for?
BEGINNER (Z)
- Max. 1 – 2 years in the course or attending open classes.
- Slight previous experience with the selected dance style.
- Occasional attendance of dance lessons, with an emphasis on regularity.
- Basic knowledge of dance terminology.

Lesson length: 60 minutes
Lesson structure:
- warm-up (stretching and warming up the muscles, with an emphasis on the legs, ankles, and hips. May include dynamic stretching exercises to prepare the body for movement in heels.)

From 2007-2013, I competitively pursued sports aerobics. From 2013-2017, I started competitively dancing at the B-Original dance school. I tried various dance styles from Street Dance, Hip-hop, to House Dance, etc. Subsequently, from 2017-2021, I was part of Vivid Dance Company, where I focused on modern dance and Contemporary.
