Healthy Backs are lessons focused on gentle but effective exercises that help relieve pain, improve posture, and strengthen the deep stabilization system. During the lessons, you will learn the correct body position at rest and in motion, get rid of overload and muscle tension, and learn simple exercises that you can easily use in everyday life. Part of it is also working with the breath, which helps to better perceive the body and relax. Exercises are varied and supported by various rehabilitation aids – overballs, thera-bands, blocks or straps.

Who is the lesson suitable for?

The lessons are ideal for anyone who suffers from back pain, has a sedentary job, or wants to improve their physical condition and back health. The course is suitable for anyone looking for exercises focused on preventing spinal problems, strengthening the core and overall improvement of physical well-being. The lessons take place in the form of an open class, so everyone can come according to their time possibilities. However, as part of the prevention against back pain, we recommend regular participation to achieve a long-term effect.
